Dear York Pullman, I hope you are well, Just dropping you a quick email to pass on my thanks to your Driver, Paul. Paul was our driver for 3 days recently taking our group of Students to Manchester, The East Coast & London. He was brilliant with all the students and formulated a great travel plan meaning we arrived everywhere on time. Paul formulated a plan for when we arrived in London and needed to get the suitcases off the bus. He executed it superbly and the transition from bus to hotel was smooth thanks to Paul’s forward planning. If you could pass on my thanks to Paul it would be greatly appreciated. Josh

We wanted to email you so you could pass on our thanks and gratitude to the fantastic guy who drove our children and staff to Sheffield on Monday 19th February for the Young Voices competition. He remained calm and reassuring in a very difficult situation and we are most grateful. The coach was swapped over, and the children got to their destination on time and unruffled due to his actions. He really was a super star.

Hi there, As a college and a department, we really want to extend our thanks to you and particularly to your driver (whom I believe is called Dan) for all the help with our trip to Huddersfield University on Wednesday. In particular, we had a wheelchair user in the group who was a bit anxious about heading to a new place with a means of transport he wasn’t familiar with, and the driver was absolutely brilliant with him, putting him at ease and making him laugh! I had a positive experience of this company. Myself and 9 other university course mates were taken to and from 3 different schools in Darlington everyday. The journey was from York St John University and was around an hour and a half each way. We had Dave from Tuesday to Friday who was friendly and was always on time in the right place. He made sure we were picked up when we requested and was approachable. This made our first week of placement much easier as we did not need to worry about where the bus would be or when we would be picked up. Hopefully you have a way to let him know we were all grateful for his services!
